Extended Donor Profile
The Extended Donor Profile is available with a Basic subscription package and provides a detailed three-generation medical and genetic history that goes well beyond the basic health information found in the Medical History.
Childhood Photo(s)
These donor-supplied photos are accessible for members with a Basic subscription package. The photos are of donors between the ages of 6 months and 12 years. Printed copies (5x7) can be obtained by contacting our Client Services Department at 866-927-9622 (additional charges may apply for prints and mailing).
Express Yourself
Express Yourself presents allows a donor to present himself in a manner that best captures his personality including original poetry, songs, essays, photographs, drawings, recipes and more. Portraits are available to Basic and Comprehensive packages subscribers and can only be viewed online.
Donor Conversation
Donor Conversations allow you to hear the donor's voice as he discusses a variety of topics specific to his personal history and interests. Many CCB parents ave the Donor Conversation for their child to hear in the future. Playback of all Donor Conversations can be accessed through the Comprehensive subscription package.
Keirsey Reports
Comprehensive subscriptions give you access to Keirsey Reports for all donors. The Keirsey Report is based on the Keirsey Temperment Sorter, and provides you with a 10-page report that can help you with your donor selection. The test can also provide itneresting insight into your child's temperment someday.
