Job Description:

California Cryobank (CCB) is searching for a dynamic, creative, and driven individual to join our Marketing team as a Brand Manager. If you’re looking for a job that presents new and engaging challenges in a collaborative environment valuing personal contribution, where you’ll work closely with intelligent, talented, and passionate people like yourself, then CCB is the place for you.

As part of the marketing team, we want someone who can be creative in marketing yet possesses strong quantitative skills and business savvy. You must be unafraid to tackle operational challenges and be able to handle frequent interruptions in priority. Your verbal and written communication skills need to be excellent. This position offers the opportunity to learn much about business, take on diverse responsibilities and work closely with people both inside and outside the company. No two days are the same; you’ll often work on different projects simultaneously, so you’ll need to prioritize and manage tasks with little help. We also expect you to take initiative to figure things out and jump on tasks as needed. Being flexible and enthusiastic to learn and take on new challenges is essential, as projects sometimes arise unexpectedly, or may be outside your area of expertise.

We have high expectations for quality work and a strong emphasis on being a team player with no hesitation to “roll up your sleeves.” In other words, you’ll do whatever it takes to get a job done right. The CCB team works hard, but plays hard, too! We’re a fun-loving, birthday-surprising, and pet/kid-adoring, dedicated group who work both individually and collectively to support CCB’s core values.

As an industry leader in reproductive tissue and stem cells banking, CCB offers a unique opportunity to make a difference in our clients’ lives. If you’re looking to join a company that helps people achieve their dreams and fosters a hardworking environment with an emphasis on cooperation and teamwork, then CCB is the right choice.

Read on to learn more about this opportunity. We look forward to hearing from you!

HOW MANY VIALS DO I NEED?

National averages range from 3-4 insemination cycles per successful pregnancy. We recommend purchasing at least 5 vials per child to guarantee your donor remains available until reaching your personal family goals. Additionally, you get 1 Year FREE storage if you purchase 4 or more vials ($475 value).

WHY SHOULD I THINK ABOUT STORING VIALS?

Our donors sell out and retire quickly! We have thousands of clients forced to choose between a new donor or not having a second child because they chose not to store vials for future use while they were available. To help you plan for your future, we offer 3 Years FREE storage if you purchase 3 Years+ vials ($1,050 value) - as well as the ability to sell back any unused vials that have not left our control.
