Email Tracking Program

Find your shipment 24-hours-a-day

Would you like to track your package from the moment it goes out our door until it arrives to yours?

CCB, in alliance with FedEx, now offers an e-mail notification and online package tracking service. Each time you place a specimen or information order delivered via FedEx, you will automatically receive an e-mail notification upon shipment of your package.

The e-mail notification will contain:

  • the package destination
  • the package origination (written as "CCB")
  • the number of packages shipped
  • the date shipped
  • the FedEx tracking number
  • the Reference number (your CCB order number)

You may easily track the progress of your package at Federal Express.

Please note that there may be lag-time between receiving your e-mail (when the packages have been prepared for shipment at CCB), and when FedEx picks up the packages and enters them into their system. When you check with FedEx, if the package is not yet in their system, you will be instructed to "Try Again Later."

Notifications are limited to one e-mail address per shipment; however, you may e-mail your tracking results from the FedEx website to three additional addresses.

Please note that the FedEx shipment and e-mail notification is available only for FedEx packages and not for local courier delivery or client tank pick-ups.

National averages range from 3-4 insemination cycles per successful pregnancy.
