COLLECTION AND USE OF INFORMATION
The information that we gather generally can be categorized as either anonymous or personally identifiable. Anonymous (or sometimes referred to as "aggregate") information is information that cannot be linked to a specific individual. This includes website usage, referral, domain, and platform information. It also includes each user's IP address and information from a "cookie," which is a standard Internet technology that allows us to both store and retrieve information on a user's system. We use this anonymous information to obtain a better understanding of how visitors use our website and to make decisions on how to improve it
Personally identifiable information is information you provide that lets us know specific facts about you, such as your name, address, email address, phone numbers, payment information, photographs, Social Security number, or any combination of information that could reasonably be used to identify you (collectively, "Personal Information"). We collect Personal Information from you at different points on our site and use this Information as follows:
- Registration information. In order to participate in our services, we require that you register for an online account. Our registration form will specify the information that you must provide, which may include, for example, your legal name, email address and date of birth.
- Outcome of Insemination Reports. When you submit an outcome insemination report, you will be asked to provide certain Personal Information, including your name and email address, along with health information relating to your insemination procedure, which will allow us to provide better customer service.
- Other Uses. In addition to the uses specifically identified in this Policy, we may use Personal Information that you provide in any other manner that we reasonably deem necessary in order to provide you with the information, products and services that you request from us through the site.
We use your Personal Information for the purpose that it is submitted to us, which may include providing it to third parties with whom we have relationships to deliver the information, products or services that you request. We will use your Information to respond to requests you may make of us, and from time to time, we may refer to your Information to better understand your needs and how we can improve our website, products and services. We may also use your Information to contact you and/or provide you with general health information (like information on certain health conditions) as well as information about our products and services. We may also enhance or merge your Information with data obtained from third parties for the same purposes. Any information that we link with your Personal Information will be treated as Personal Information.
CCB acknowledges that individuals have the right to access the personal information/data that we maintain about them. An individual who seeks access, or who seeks to correct, amend, or delete inaccurate data, should direct his query to the privacy contact listed below. If requested to remove data, we will respond within a reasonable timeframe.
We may share your Personal Information with agents, contractors, or partners of CCB in connection with services that these individuals or entities perform for, or with, CCB. These agents, contractors, or partners are restricted from using your Personal Information in any way other than to provide services for CCB, or services for the collaboration in which they and CCB are engaged (for example, some of our products are developed and marketed through joint agreements with other companies).
We will provide an individual opt-out or opt-in choice before we share their data with third parties other than our agents, or before we use it for a purpose other than which it was originally collected or subsequently authorized. An individual who seeks to opt-out of these transfers should submit a written request to the privacy contact listed below.
In cases of onward transfer to third parties of data of EU individuals received pursuant to the EU-US Privacy Shield, CCB is potentially liable.
Our site is not directed at children and, in compliance with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act, WE DO NOT ALLOW INDIVIDUALS WHO WE KNOW ARE UNDER 13 TO PARTICIPATE IN OUR SITE OR SERVICES. In addition, we undertake efforts to not accept or request Personal Information from individuals that are under 18 years old.
MARKETING COMMUNICATIONS AND OPT-OUT OPTION
We may occasionally send you direct mail about products and services that we feel may be of interest to you. We offer recipients the opportunity to opt-out of future marketing communications in our marketing emails. Please note that we may not allow an opt-out option for non-marketing service emails (for example, emails concerning your order or website disruptions). CCB will not share your Personal Information with a third party for the purpose of solicitation without your prior consent.
COOKIES AND OTHER TECHNOLOGIES
What is a cookie? A cookie is a small data text file, which a website stores on your computer or mobile device (if your Web browser permits) that can later be retrieved to identify you to us.
Our cookies store randomly assigned user identification numbers and information that make your use of the website easier, make the website run more smoothly, and save your logged-in state so that you do not have to log in each time that you visit the website.
You have choices with respect to cookies. By modifying your browser preferences, you have the choice to accept all cookies, to be notified when a cookie is set, or to reject all cookies. If you choose to reject all cookies some parts of our website may not work properly in your case.

If you lose control of your password, you may lose substantial control over your Personal Information or your account and may be subject to legally binding actions taken on your behalf. Therefore, if your password has been compromised for any reason, you should immediately notify us and change your password.
Your electronic information is stored on CCB servers located in the United States. We treat data as an asset that must be protected and use various technologies and procedures (network and data encryption, passwords, physical security, etc.) to protect your Personal Information against unauthorized access and disclosure. Due to the nature of Internet communications and evolving technologies, we cannot provide, and expressly disclaim, any assurance that the information you provide to us will remain free from loss, misuse or alteration by third parties who, despite our efforts, obtain unauthorized access.
