We recommend all clients accept the e-mail notification. If you prefer not to, all you have to do is let your Client Services Representative know you do not want to receive the notification at the time you place your order. When can I start tracking my package?
On the day your package is shipped, you will receive an e-mail message confirming your package shipment. The e-mail message will contain your FedEx tracking number and your reference field (your order number). You may then visit the FedEx website to check the shipping status of your package. Please note that there may be a lag time between receiving your e-mail (when the packages have been prepared for shipment by CCB),and when FedEx picks up the package and enters it into their system. When you check with FedEx, if the package is not yet in their system, you will be instructed to "try again later".
