A Level 1 subscription provides free, unlimited access to download all available Donor Profiles, Medical Histories, Genetic Test Summaries, Donor Personal Essays, and Staff Impressions.
A Level 2 subscription provides 90 days of view only access to all available Extended Donor Profiles, Childhood Photo(s), and Express Yourself items. You will also receive a Donor Keepsake Packet after you report a pregnancy.
A Level 3 subscription provides 90 days of view only access to all Level 2 items plus all available Facial Features Reports, Donor Conversations, Keirsey Reports, and Keirsey Q&As. You will also receive a Donor Keepsake after you report a pregnancy. - What is a Donor Keepsake?
A Donor Keepsake includes digital files of your donor’s Level 1 information, plus his available information from Level 2 or Level 3 (based on your selected subscription level). If you purchased a subscription in the past, we will automatically mail you a Donor Keepsake after you report a pregnancy. (Please contact us if you change your mailing address or purchased the subscription and vials on two different accounts.) - Can I get a Donor Keepsake if I didn't purchase a subscription?

You must complete the A2 & A3 forms before purchasing vials. You can complete these forms online via My Account or during Checkout. If you prefer to submit hard copies, you can download the forms and fax/email them. - What forms do I need to complete before shipping vials?
U.S. Shipments – If you are shipping vials within the U.S., we must receive an A1 form signed by your physician before you can schedule a shipment.
International Shipments – If you are shipping vials outside of the U.S., you need to complete the IAS form. The IAS can be completed online when you are logged in to My Account. Additional information may be required depending on the country.
- How can I purchase vials if I have an international address?
Due to various international shipping and import regulations, international vial orders cannot be processed through our website. You can email us to check if we can ship donor sperm to your country, but vial orders must be placed over the phone by calling Client Services at +1-310-443-5244. Once vials are purchased, you have an option to do a Vial Exchange or a 50% Vial Buyback. Vial orders may only be eligible for a full refund within 30 days of purchase for medical reasons and an order cancellation fee would apply. A letter from a medical professional is also required for refund consideration. Shipped vials are not eligible for an exchange, buyback, or transfer to another family. Please review our Vial Exchange Program and Vial Buyback Offer for applicable fees and program terms.
Any changes to a vial shipment must be made prior to the ship date and cannot be requested via email. To change a shipping order, please call us at 866-927-9622. - Do you have a vial buyback option?
Yes, our Vial Buyback Offer applies to vials that are being stored at one of our facilities. Vials are purchased back for 50% of the original vial purchase price. Additional rules may apply. - Do you have a vial exchange option?
Yes, our Vial Exchange Program allows you to exchange vials that are being stored at one of our facilities. An administrative fee will apply for each request. - If I ship my vials are they eligible for buyback or exchange?
No, once vials are shipped or picked up from a California Cryobank facility, they are no longer eligible for the Vial Buyback or Vial Exchange Program. Only vials kept in storage at our facilities are eligible for Vial Buyback or Vial Exchange. Additional rules may apply. - Can I purchase multiple donors at the same time?
Online checkout does not allow the purchase of multiple donors. You must call Client Services at 866-927-9622 to place this type of order. Please note that you will not be able to ship multiple donors in the same shipment unless we receive written permission from your physician which verifies that you will not be inseminated with two different donors during the same cycle.
